TECHNICAL FEATURES
BEAM:
The estrutural Beam shall be manufactured in folded steel sheets. Overall dimensions shall be 250x132 mm. 2,5 mm is the steel sheet´s minimum thickness to ensure its streght.
It must ensure up to 2000 mm beam lengths without intermediate supports. It shall include an casement aluminium cover. It shall have friction hanges and allow a confortable acces to the beam insides.
The Beam shall include a Rejiband type Cable management system. It shall have a 200 x 35 mm section. It shall have at least 1 removable steel sheet tray to place devices. It shall have a minimum tichness of 1,5 mm. It shall have ventillation slots.
TECHNICAL CABINET:
The cabinets will be manufactured with the same material as the work surface to guarantee design uniformity, CDF (Compact Density Fibreboard) (>1.000 kg/m3) with a thickness of 16,5mm.
The joint between panels is made with aluminum profiles with a 3.5mm minimum thickness and coated with high resistance micro-textured powder paint finish, to ensure structural stability.
By default, all technical cabinets shall include a "Panduit" type cable channel measuring not less than 42x60x400mm. They must also include a connection channel with a up to 6 standard 45x45mm format connectors capacity.
The pivoting doors, at the front and at the rear of the technical cabinet shall incorporate hinges with a movement retention system, adjustable in 3 dimensions and with an opening angle of more than 105º, which shall guarantee a smooth and silent closing of the doors.
Rear doors shall be made in a perforated steel sheet. It shall have a 3 mm minimum thickness. Front doors shall be made in 4 mm tempered glass, translucent acid-etched finish on the inner face.
WORK SURFACE:
The work surface must be made of 16.5 mm thick Compact Density Fibreboard, beveled and rounded at all contact points to avoid micro-traumas complying with the ISO11016 .
WIRAIL:
All consoles shall integrate a WiRail ExtraFlat ergonomic arm management system. that will allow the positioning of the ergonomic arms in any longitudinal position of the console that guarantees no need for milling nor drilling on the work surface. The rail system shall have a very low profile and shall not protrude more than 13 mm from the work surface. It shall be made of aluminum sections with a minimum thickness of 3 mm to guarantee its strength.
PERSONAL ISLAND:
Personal Island system must be included in linear configurations to allow build angles from 0º to 20º between operators without changing the structure.
TECHNICAL SIDE PANEL:
The frame must be made of 100% aluminum. The extruded aluminum alloy 6060/6063 parts must have a minimum thickness of 2.5 mm and must be joined to the corner pieces, which must be of cast aluminum, thus guaranteeing maximum structural rigidity and durability.
The central column must be made of a single large-format 100% aluminum profile with maximum external dimensions of 68.5x260x672mm (WxDxH) and a 3.5 mm minimum profile thickness.
The access must be closed by covers that can be opened with no need of special tools and must be of the same material and finish as the profile of the central column. Access to the technical area must be from the inside face of the structure.
Total free space of the technical area 250mm wide x 60mm deep.
It must include the Halo Light lighting in the lateral aluminium colum ensuring
a safety ilumination to highligh the sides of the console and delimiting the passage areas. It shall be possible to be included in the side of the console when the console has a structura cabinet side.
QUALITY AND WARRANTY
Both national (EU) design and manufacture must be guaranteed. With leading suppliers in each sector to guarantee the highest quality standards and an exhaustive internal control throughout the process from design to assembly.
CERTIFICATES OF EXCELLENCE
ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
The company manufacturing the product must be certified by an accredited body in ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 in order to guarantee the highest standards in quality, environmental management and health and safety.
The warranty period of the products shall be extended for a period of at least TEN YEARS against manufacturing defects, except for accessories, components and mechanical, electrical and electronic elements that the system or product incorporates, whose warranty period shall be at least two years.
HEALTH AND ERGONOMICS
The console must be certified in accordance with standard UNE-EN 527 in part 1 by an accredited external company.
A certificate shall be submitted with the project documentation.
It shall also comply with the guidelines of UNE-EN ISO 11064: ERGONOMIC DESIGN OF CONTROL CENTRES.
