In every step of the process, including manufacturing and installation, we are following safety protocols. Experience Modifier Rate (EMR) is the only quantitative benchmark for measuring safety within the construction industry. With an EMR score of _0.68__, you can rest assured that our work on your project will be completed safely. We don’t just talk about safety, it is a priority and we work diligently to keep everyone in our workforce up-to-date on best practices for safety while also working to identify and correct potential safety hazards before they become a problem.

It has always been our goal to be the company of choice for owners, architects, designers and contractors, and this new building provides us the space to continue creating aesthetically pleasing architectural products. Our Bond Capacity and Certifications. VIVA Railings holds a $30 million aggregate bond capacity and an excellent Contractor Score of 1652.  Our stainless steel railings are LEED certified by the U.S Green Building Council and consist of a minimum of 65 percent recycled content.
