LED Sealed Face Troffers by 1st Source Lighting are available in 3 size options, 2×2, 1×4 and 2×4. Our Sealed Face Troffers are specifically engineered for sealed room applications, scientific locations, food processing, bottling plants, etc. The design of this troffer ensures that dust particulates, liquids and other airborne materials are sealed within the work area and kept out of the environment.

D92 diffused lens material is ideal for food processing plants requiring materials that are resistant to breakdown. An epoxy based powder coat adder may be added for chlorinated pool and natatorium locations. 1st Source Lighting only uses specified materials for sensitive environments.

1×4, 2×4 or 2×2, up to 24,000 lumens. Hi flux linear LED modules: 80+ CRI, 3500K, 4000K or 5000K CCT, constant current LED power supplies, power factor > 0.9, THD < 20%, 50-60Hz, universal voltage 120-277v, 347v-480v available.
1st Source Lighting LED fixtures are proudly manufactured using the highest quality components such as Advance, Sylvania Osram, Samsung and Tridonic.
Construction
.032″ white pre-painted aluminum, EPDM rubber gasket and silicone sealed door, clear or diffused acrylic lens, top access plate for quick power connection, captive screws with nylon retaining clips.
All fixtures are made in the USA and 100% bench tested prior to shipping.
Dimming & Control Options
Dimming to 0%, 10% or dim by line voltage, optional integrated motion sensor, daylight harvesting. Wireless control systems are available for this model. Schedule and control lighting for your entire facility via remote switch, handheld device, PC or smartphone. Enocean, Zigbee and Bluetooth Mesh protocols available.
Emergency Lighting
Integrated emergency battery back up drivers, 2,300 lumens @16w or 2,900 lumens @ 20w.
Ratings & Warranty
Rated for damp locations, operating temperature: -30ºF to 122ºF, rated service life > 100,000 hours (L90), CSA listed, BAA compliant, RoHS compliant. 5-year product warranty. Extended product warranties are available.
