VariDoor™ Acoustic Cabinet

VariDoorTM is the industry’s first variable acoustic cabinet with a hybrid diffusive/absorptive surface outside when closed. When the cabinet doors are opened, RPG’s hardwood diffusing FlutterFree solid wood plank on the inside is exposed. The cabinet doors can be positioned and adjusted with a Variable Depth Air Cavity (VDACTM) to alter reverberation time, control flutter echo, and correct low-frequency modal problems. The VariDoorTM is designed for multi-use recording and rehearsal spaces in which flexibility is paramount.
