The system is made up of a graphitic fire resistant intumescent material, to seal small crossing holes of a cable bundle. Suitable for cracks and to seal gaps of 30 mm between air-conditioned tubes and/or steel pipes and the crossed walls; to seal building joints and cracks between walls and concrete slabs compartment.

    DESCRIPTION

    Fire fighting graphitic sponge KM-FF108.

    Silicone fire-resistant putty KM SEALER F.

    SIZE

    1000x50mm, thickness of 30 mm.

    FUNCTIONALITY

    Crossing of a cable bundle through a small circular hole. Roll the sponge KM-FF108 around the cables bundle until the hole is filled and seal both sides of the hole with fire-fighting putty KM SEALER F.

    Crossing of an air conditioned duct or metal pipe, with free small space to be sealed (< 30 mm). Insert the sponge KM-FF108and fill the free space between wall and plant, seal with fire-fighting putty KM SEALER F.

    Sealing of a building joint and/or a crack between wall and concrete slab. Insert the sponge           KM-FF108 and fill the gap. Seal with fire-fighting putty KM SEALER F.

      · According to European Standard UNI-EN 1366-3, EI 180 on masonry walls.

      · According to European Standard UNI-EN 1366-3, EI 120 on plasterboard walls.
