Macuk S-SR PRO

MACUK S-SR is a substation for heating and instantaneous domestic hot water with two plates heat exchangers: the fist one to divide the primary circuit to the secondary circuit, the second one for DHW production.It is suitable for apartments, single family house and central heating systems.Its installation is fast and easy. It is ready to be connected with the hydraulic connections on the premises.Several accessories are available to fulfill all equirements.- heat meter and cold water meter with pulse exit M-Bus ready- heat meter and cold water meter with radio transmitter- ultrasonic heat meter- thermostatic kit 30-60°C suitable for low temperature heating systems- electronic control kit consisting of: electric servomotor 230V, digital heating controller and remote control with room sensor.The production of domestic hot water is controlled by a thermostatic valve, by the heat exchanger and thanks the 2-way proportional valve which ensures an instantaneous production of DHW at the right temperature, avoiding water waste and delay.

Heat interface unit module consisting of : primary circuit with fully insulated Cu Ø 18 mm pipes kit, 400 µ primary circuit strainer, sensor pocket for heat meter flow sensor, brazed AISI 316L plate heat exchanger (space heating circuit), DN20 Kv=4.5 2-port valve controlled by a 30÷60°C thermostatic actuator or electric actuator, 3-port thermostatic valve for secondary circuit DN20 Kv=4.5 domestic hot water circuit with regulation 30÷60°C, brazed AISI 316L plate exchanger (DHW circuit) and high efficiency electronic pump Wilo PARA SC 15/1-6. Differential valve 5÷30 KPa for balancing the flow rate from 520 to 1400 l/h and spacer pipe ¾" M connections, length 110 mm for 1.5 mc/h water meter (accessory). DHW secondary circuit side including Cu pipe kit Ø 18 mm, predisposition for DHW pulse cold water meter Qn 1.5 mc/h with, ¾" M connections, length 110 mm, sensor pocket for DHW thermostatic valve . Manual air vent valves included.
