Folding wall type 120 single door edge hung 65mm

A simple and very user friendly flat wall system for partitioning ordinary rooms. Two versions are available: Either suspended from a ceiling rail or running on a floor rail. The individual panels are side-hinged – the end panel is supplied as a door as standard. SWG120 is a good, low cost option when you want a moderate sound rated partition, and parking can be centred on the main rail. The elements are designed on the bonded sandwich principle, giving them an innate stability against torquing. Ergonomically correct operation – integral tower bolts for securing elements help make this a user friendly partition.

Another important function of the SWG120 is that it can also be supplied fire tested by an accredited testing institute to standards for BD 30 and BD 60 (30 min. and 60 min. fire resistance). For both sound and fire ratings, however, it is important to ensure that doors and elements close correctly – to assist with this, instructions are always supplied with all SWG solutions. The SWG120 in a thickness of 65 mm offers sound reduction ratings from Rw 31 dB up to Rw 46 dB, and a rating of Rw 48 dB in 100 mm. The SWG120 can be supplied with centric or eccentric wheels to accommodate special parking requirements in relation to walls, doors and furniture. Floor fitted guides are not necessary with top/centre hung partitions. Wall sections have profile edges without corners on the element surface and can be supplied with a surface finish as required – for example, painted, veneer or high pressure laminate.
