JVP floor can be used in commercial and residential buildings as a substitute for the traditional cement screed. Already very common in the construction of offices, public buildings and a real must for the stores thanks to the loose-lay coverings, it starts to see a promising development even in housing, in particular for renovations and prefabricated. The JVP 4X4 system is also commonly used in all the technical buildings where the presence of high-tech equipment requires space for the installations and the raised floor fulfills this demand. The galvanized steel, which is the main element of the system, ensures the incombustibility of the outer panels, for a working environment safe, comfortable and efficient. High rise buildings benefit greatly from the weight reduction, the speed of realization, the anti-seismic benefits guaranteed and the as much important reduction of cost in the short, medium and long term. Curiously, even the big ships – as horizontal skyscrapers - can reap the same benefits.

    • Tech. raised access floor panels for internal applications, fully accessible Dimension of panels 600x600mm x23mm thickness Fully steel encapsulated inert core JVP 4x4 panels, type P3TTL000, mm 600x600x23 Consisting of: Knauf Integral calcium sulphate and recycled paper fibre agglomerate, high density as 1200 kg/m3 core, bonded by means of water based PVA glue onto steel galvanized trays. Hot dipped zinc galvanised 0,35/0,40 mm thick trays are four time curled together on top part of panel, forming a mechanical locked perimeter edge reinforcement to enhance load bearing capacity preventing shock damage and de-lamination. Finished panels are provided with no.4 notches on bottom surface as positive location points onto PPC pedestals gasket. The bare steel surface of panels is suitable both for loose-laid or bonded finishing of textile, resilient and stone coverings. JVP Steel galvanised pedestals type: JSE Steel galvanised pedestals for access floor system provided with height adjustment, consisting of: Base+tube: Square base plate 100x100mm and 2,0mm thk, mechanically fixed by double riveting onto 25x1,5mm tube with reducer internally threaded. Head+threaded rod: Circular head plate of 2,5mm thickness and 90mm diameter, mechanically rebated onto 16mm diameter threaded rod and embossed on bottom head side Head gasket: Plastic PPC head gasket provided with cruciform top shape. The components are assembled together with M20x6mm self-blocking nut, which allows the pedestal’s adjustment.
