SINGLE CAST INSULATING CONCRETE MODULE 5+5NES27

Ideal for building envelope (outer walls), the single-cast insulating concrete module is also suitable for load-bearing walls of separation between different units. In fact, thanks to the mass, its conformation provides a total acoustic insulation. Furthermore, if used for building outer walls, the composition of the form will provide excellent thermal lag.The flexibility of Ecosism® modules allows to size the insulating material and the concrete casting according to the climate zone and the structural design of the buliding. Just like all Ecosism® products it can be made according to the specific needs of the project. It is possible to size the inner thickness of the concrete casting according to the structural design and the desired bearing capacity wich allow to build load-bearing walls in concrete casting variable from 15 cm to 40 cm and infill walls in concrete casting variable from 5 cm to 14 cm. Furthermore, the single-cast insulating concrete module allows to vary the thickness and choose the type of insulating material in order to meet the thermo-acoustic performance and fire resistance that the masonry must gurantee.
