Description
Gold Bond® BRAND Hi-Abuse® XP® Gypsum Board is an abuse-resistant gypsum board with a heavy abrasion resistant paper and a specially formulated core that provides greater resistance to surface indentation and abuse.
Hi-Abuse XP Gypsum Board is designed to provide extra protection against mold and mildew compared to standard gypsum board products. Hi-Abuse XP contains a fire-resistant Type X gypsum core that provides additional fire resistance when used in tested assemblies. Hi-Abuse XP products are easily identified by National Gypsum’s original PURPLE™ color.
