The Technical furniture for the Control Room shall be from the Advantis EVOLUTION series from GESAB brand or equivalent.
It must be specifically designed for 24/7 critical environments, complying with high ergonomic and durability requirements.
It must allow easy maintenance and cable management avoiding interference in the normal operation of the work position.
The structure must consist of a main central beam supported on technical side panels or cabinets, with the capacity to house connections, equipment, and cabling.
The work surface must be made in compact phenolic of a minimum thickness of 18mm.
The operator must have a personal connectivity area on the work surface, with a configurable space for power, data, and other connectors, accessible through a pivoting cover.
For the installation of the monitors, a fixing system for articulated arms shall be included to allows free positioning of the arm.
The useful space will be 235mm deep and 101mm high.
TECHNICAL ASPECTS
BEAM:
The structural Beam shall include a central U-shaped structure for accessory and wiring accommodation with an interior useful space 235mm deep and 101mm high. The inner structure shall be made of steel sheet not less than 2.5mm, 1.2mm for rear tray and 1.5mm for pivoting door.
The front access will be easy and comfortable, by means of metal pivoting door and auxiliary maintenance access at the back by metal registerable tray.
Beam sizes will be available from 800mm to 2200mm at 200mm intervals.
All beams must provide a dedicated space for the connections of the electronic equipment and the integration of a configurable aluminum channel for modular quick-connect bases (energy, voice/data and multimedia).
TECHNICAL CABINET:
The technical Buck will be built from a modular 20x20mm square section aluminum profile structure and an intermediate TSA (Technical Service Area) module that will allow several bucks to be joined consecutively and without interrupting internal communication.
The tubular metal structure will form the base frame for the integration of side panels, bases (top and bottom) and doors. The standard side panels shall be made of agglomerate of no less than 19mm thickness and HPL laminated surface finish.
The sides may be made of steel sheet metal on special request.
The compartments will integrate 2 types of doors, both of 20x20 square section aluminum profiles with natural anodized finish, with 4mm acid-engraved glass or with perforated sheet steel, thickness 1.5mm, finished in black paint. The front doors shall be made of tempered glass according to regulations and finished with translucent acid. Pivoting doors, both on the front and back of the console, will incorporate stainless steel hinges integrated into the same aluminum frame.
Technical Bucks must incorporate in the lower area adjustable polyamide levelers (PA 6) which will ensure a correct leveling of the assembly.
SURFACE:
The work surface must be made of 1 compact phenolic of a minimum thickness of 18mm, beveled and rounded at all contact points to avoid micro-traumas complying with the ISO11016.
WIRAIL:
All consoles shall integrate a WiRail ergonomic arm management system that will allow the positioning of the ergonomic arms in any longitudinal position of the console that guarantees no need for milling nor drilling on the work surface.
The section profile, with general measurements of 43mmx60mm, can be adapted to any console length with maximum profile limit of 5m. It shall be made of aluminum sections with a minimum thickness of 3 mm to guarantee its strength.
TECHNICAL SIDE PANEL:
The sides shall consist of 3 main elements; the central structure made of steel sheet of thickness not less than 2.5mm and surface finish in black epoxy paint, the vertical aluminum profiles at the ends as a structural part and design characteristic of the ADVANTIS Evolution with design in the shape of a half aircraft wing made of aluminum and surface finish in black epoxy paint, and the side caps registerable by Allen screws made of agglomerate of thickness not less than 10mm and surface finish HPL.
The sides may incorporate an integrated lighting system that provides lighting to the central outer space on the side. The lighting system will respond to safety criteria and functionality by illuminating the side spaces of the console and thus marking the physical limits of the furniture, as well as the state of operation of the set.
The sides should facilitate the management and maintenance of the system using bolted registerable access doors that leave access to the internal technical area.

Both national (EU) design and manufacture must be guaranteed. With leading suppliers in each sector to guarantee the highest quality standards and an exhaustive internal control throughout the process from design to assembly.
CERTIFICATES OF EXCELLENCE
ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
The company manufacturing the product must be certified by an accredited body in ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 in order to guarantee the highest standards in quality, environmental management and health and safety.
The warranty period of the products shall be extended for a period of at least TEN YEARS against manufacturing defects, except for accessories, components and mechanical, electrical and electronic elements that the system or product incorporates, whose warranty period shall be at least two years.
HEALTH AND ERGONOMICS
The console must be certified in the UNE-EN 527 standard by an accredited external company.
A certificate shall be submitted with the project documentation.
It shall also comply with the guidelines of UNE-EN ISO 11064: ERGONOMIC DESIGN OF CONTROL CENTRES.
SOFTWARE AND FORMATS
The furniture must have 3D families in REVIT (.rfa) and 3D STUDIO MAX (.fbx and .max) formats, for its integration in the technical documentation of the project.
SUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
The ability to repair and replace any part, as well as quality and durability are effective eco-design strategies. The use of materials with high recyclability and the use of materials with a high percentage of already recycled material shall be ensured.
The repairability and replaceability of all components of the consoles shall be guaranteed for the lifetime of the product.
The manufacturer shall certify 80% already recycled aluminium in all aluminium extrusion and cast parts and 70% in steel parts.
The GREENGUARD FOR LOW CHEMICAL EMISSIONS UL 2818-2013
Standard for Chemical Emissions for Building Materials, Finishes and Furnishings certificate will be presented.
This certificate ensures that the products used in the manufacture of the console meet strict emission limits for particulate matter and chemicals harmful to the human body, helping to reduce indoor air pollution and the risk of chemical exposure, while contributing to healthier indoor environments.
