    ELECTRIC COVERSMOKE

An element of primary importance in passive fire protection, the COVERSMOKE evacuator, both zenithal and vertical, integrates perfectly into all smoke, heat evacuation or disposal systems, in compliance with current regulations. Designed based on more than thirty years of experience in the sector, on technological evolution and thanks to the collaboration with leading companies in the construction of the components with which it is produced. The ELECTRIC COVERSMOKE evacuators use the electric type system operated by a 24 / 48V motor with limit switch adjustable up to 160 ° for opening angle and tilting the mobile part. The ELECTRIC COVERSMOKE evacuator was created to integrate into the SENFC system, as regulated by UNI EN 9494-2: 2017, thanks to the RWA 230V / 24-48V control unit, which allows you to control and synchronize the evacuator and the outlets of fresh air with both COVERTAINS mobile fire / smoke barriers. The 48V technology allows to have, in addition to a decidedly more robust and long-lasting motor, a system that requires a cable section lower than the traditional 24V one needed to manage the smoke detection system. Another important feature of the device is that it does not mount equipment that could deteriorate or expire with time, with consequent replacement, such as the CO2 cylinder, the thermal valve or the pyrotechnic actuator present in the traditional system. Therefore the compulsory maintenance required by law is reduced to a simple ground test without the intervention of personnel to cover, with a significant reduction in costs for the end user. In case of opening due to accidental intervention, the evacuator can be closed from the ground simply by using the closing button on the control unit, without replacing any device or component as occurs in traditional pneumatic systems. The evacuator can be used as a normal openable skylight for daily ventilation, by means of an open and close button without creating an additional ventilation system but using the same smoke detection system. The reclosing can take place manually or by means of a wind and rain detection system. The evacuator cover is made of compact or honeycomb type self-extinguishing polycarbonate in class B-s1-d0. The versatility in size and ease of assembly allow it to be used in countless design situations. All types, both zenith and vertical and the accessories supplied, are certified according to the UNI EN 12101 product standards.
    Opis
    • OPENING DEVICE FOR NATURAL SMOKE AND HEAT EVACUATION (ENFC) ELECTRIC COVERSMOKE compliant with the C.P.R - regulation (UE) N °. 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council and to the harmonized UNI EN 12101-2: 2003 standard, with CE marking with certificate of conformity issued by a certified body and tested in the factory during production according to the ISO 9001 certified quality system procedures : 2008 The device is made up of a frame and mobile counterframe in extruded natural aluminum with a section of mm. 40x40. The opening is guaranteed by a 24V / 48V electric crosspiece type TR-AC MINI or MINI + connected to a special smoke detection control unit type RWA EN 230V / 24V or 48V in accordance with UNI EN 12101-10 able to manage the evacuator also for daily ventilation without the aid of other devices besides the crossbar already installed (double opening stroke adjustable). The evacuator does not foresee the use of devices for the activation in case of fire such as CO2 cylinders or hot-melt valves, subject to expiration and therefore to be replaced, therefore the device does not require maintenance but a simple six-monthly test. In case of accidental opening or false alarm, the evacuator can be closed from the ground by pressing the reclosing button inside the control unit or using the RWA type emergency button, without intervention by personnel. After reclosing it is not necessary to replace any component.
