VALSIR PEXAL EASY®

PEXAL EASY®, full bore fittings in technopolymer. Pexal Easy® is an advanced fittings system in technopolymer (PPSU) for water supply, heating, cooling and refrigerating systems, as well as being the ideal solution for compressed air systems, for applications in marine environments and industrial installations in general. It is used with Pexal® pipe and guarantees an increase of 30% in bore as compared with normal compression or press fitttings, thanks also to the socketing process of pipes. The fittings can be re-used and installation times are reduced to a minimum. PEXAL®, a system of excellence. Pexal® is composed of multilayer pipes and different fitting types that are capable of meeting the requirements of diverse installation techiques and applications: from the distribution of hot and cold drinking water to centralized water supply systems, from radiator and fan heating systems to radiant floor, wall and ceiling heating and cooling systems, from compressed air systems to industrial plants. The Pexal® multilayer system unites the qualities of crosslinked polyethylene PE-Xb with those of aluminium; crosslinked polyethylene PE-Xb guarantees excellent mechanical, chemical and physycal properties, and the butt-welded aluminium pipe improves mechanical resistance, introducing flexibility and pliancy, qualities that are fundamental for accelerating and simplifying installation operations.

Fittings in PPSU (Polyphenylsulfone) obtained by moulding with o-ring seals in elastomer and pipe joints obtained by socketing, suitable for the construction of hot and cold water distribution networks, heating and cooling circuits, air-conditioning, compressed air supply systems, and industrial plants in general. Manufactured and certifed by leading international bodies in compliance with EN ISO 21003, according to the classes of use 1, 2, 4 and 5 for the transport of fuids at a maximum pressure of 10 bar and peak temperatures of 95°C; the system is also certifed for transporting drinking water. Pexal® water supply system suitable for the creation of networks for the distribution of hot and cold water, heating and cooling circuits, air-conditioning, compressed air supply systems, and industrial plants in general. Manufactured and certifed by leading international bodies in compliance with EN ISO 21003, according to the classes of use 1, 2, 4 and 5 for the transport of fuids at a maximum pressure of 10 bar and peak temperatures of 95°C; the system is also certifed for transporting drinking water. It is composed of multilayer pipes made of halogen free PE-Xb in the inside and outside layers, crosslinking with the use of silanes, a middle layer of aluminium that is butt-welded lengthwise using the TIG welding technique certifed by IIS (Italian Welding Institute - Istituto italiano della Saldatura). Thermal conductivity between 0.42 and 0.52 W/m·K, linear heat expansion coeffcient 0.026 mm/m·°C, Euroclass C-s2,d0 fre resistance class in compliance with EN 13501-1. Available with a very flexible red and blue corrugated sheath providing an elevated crushing resistance (class 320 in compliance with EN 61386-22). Also available with a 6 and 10 mm insulating sheath in grey, blue and red made of closed cell HDPE and covered with a protective layer of LDPE. Insulation with a density of 33 kg/m3, thermal conductivity of 0.0397 W/m·K, Steam permeability less than 0.15 mg/Pa·s·m and Euroclass BL-s1,d0 fre performance class in compliance with EN 13501-1.
