We also offer packages for special industrial environments and doors to be located near the sea that needs extra rust protection Many of Torverks folding doors that was installed 30 years ago are still in use today, in fire stations and industries with high demands on function and durability.

Size & panel division Exact Sizes To insulate well and minimize air leakage, we tailor your door exactly for your door opening.Width: from 1.3 meters up to about 20 meters.Height: The maximum height is 6 meters. Panel division We build your folding door with the number of sections required to fit the width of your doorway. A manual door can have between 1 – 20 sections and an electrically operated 2 – 4 panels. Normally, the same number of panels are folded in each direction, but a folding door can also be built so that folding/opening is asymmetrical or only in one direction. Rust And Energy Loss? Not On Our Watch? The Q-Door panel is 56 mm thick. It is wrapped with C5 level rust protected SSAB:s 0,6 mm Greencoat sheet metal, coated with bio based paint. The metal is bent for optimum torsional stiffness and the panel is filled with a high density filler foam that offer supreme insulation. The result: a door panel that can withstand extreme weather, gives you a warm indoor environment and a low energy cost. U-value: best cut approximately 0.22 W/m² °c. U-value of an example door 5×5 meter: 0.90 W/m² ° C. T-value Example door: 1 m³/h & m² Metal sheet: 0.6 mm SSAB greencoat If you want another color we can coat your door with any of the 10 million colors in the NCS- and RAL-systems.
