Hercules TV-3-300 DN40

The Lovato DN40 TV3-300 mixing pump group is used for the mixed circulation of the heating/cooling transfer fluid in the systems. It can be directly installed on the zone manifolds Hercules range indipendently to the zone manifold connections (adapter kit for zone manifold DN65 and DN50). Hercules is the first ready-to-use system on which twin pumps can be installed.

Spesifikasjon

TV3-300 DN40 Mixing group consisting of: 3-way rotary valve DN40 PN6, No.4 butterfly valves type LUG DN40 PN16 in spheroidal cast iron, piping kit in S235 steel painted with epoxy powders. The mixing group is complete with Trocellen C080 RN2 insulation, thickness 30 mm λ 0,034 W/mk. The product is supplied with ½" fill / drain taps, thermometers, double swing check valve DN40 PN16 and pressure sockets. Seals and connection accessories are included. Nominal flow rate 6.5 mc/h. Max output (ΔT 20K): 150 kW; Max output ΔT 5: 38 kW Kvs mixing valve: 25 Maximum operating temperature 100 °C. Maximum working pressure 10 bar.
