Hercules C DN50

The distribution modular zone manifold Lovato C DN50 2 and 3 circuits is made with cylindrical flow and return tubes, completely separated and uinsulated. The main connections to the heat generator and to the secondary circuit are flanged. Suitable for all applications. Thanks to the “CONNECTA”KIT is possible: • install it in small spaces (90° curved connection for the zone manifolds) • connect several zone manifolds of different sizes (axial reduction kit) • satisfy any type of heating/cooling demand independently to the zone manifold connection (adapter kit for pump groups up to DN65). Hercules is the first ready-to-use system on which twin pumps can be installed.

C DN50 2/3 F 2-zones modular headers DN100 profile for heating/cooling systems made in S235 steel painted with epoxy powders, DN100 PN10-8 holes, flanged connections from the heat source side, DN50 PN10-4 holes flanged connections with one ¾" F sleeve placed on the return for the draining the system and two 1¼" F blind sleeves for support feet (accessory). The modular header is complete with black EPP insulation of density 40 g/l, λ 0,035 W/mk. Max. flow rate zone 33 mc/h. Nominal output (ΔT 20): 750 kW Maximum operating temperature 100 °C. Maximum working pressure 10 bar.
