CPVC (Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride) piping system and fittings. As per the STANDARD UNE-EN-ISO 15877 (IS 15778), this compound meets class DP 110-2-3-2 elements and withstands a service temperature of 0 to 93 ºC (32 - 199.4 ºF).

Tubes are available in Copper Tube Sizes (CTS) DN15 – ½” up to DN50 2”, with two different pressures, SDR-11 (PN20) and SDR-13.5 (PN16), Class 1 & Class 2, respectively, by the UNE – EN – ISO 15877 STANDARD.

Fittings are made as per standard ASTM D2846. All CPVC pipes in SDR-11 & SDR-13.5 are made with the same compound CPVC, with the same physical properties.

The whole CPVC piping system is made with raw material from SEKISUI, the most reliable and up-to-date of technical plastic materials in the building and industrial sector.

CPVC piping is getting a foothold as an alternative and accessory in hydraulic systems, and it is, nowadays, a benchmark in sector projects. Its state-of-the-art raw material, designed to withstand high temperatures with guaranteed maximum pressure and durability in extreme conditions, is also suitable for outdoor installations.

Fast and easy to install, due to their joining by solvent cement, CPVC PRO works with hot water, (ACS) cold water, air conditioning and heating, with a working temperature range of 0 ºC to 95 ºC (32 - 203 ºF) in a range of pipes and fittings from ½" to 12".

• Colour Beige, high density, with a higher inner diameter than other plastics in the industry.

• Pressure range of ½” to 2” with SDR13.5 (PN16) –SDR11(PN20) and 2” ½ to 12” in SCH40 (PN16) – SCH80 (PN20).

These are their main features, aside from their coefficient of expansion, thermal conductivity, inner roughness, etc., in which they outperform the best in the industry.

We'd like to emphasize their resistance to fire when compared to other solutions, as well as their performance in relation to impermeability to oxygen: in legionella detection tests, bacterial growth is noticeably lower.
