The size of the mullions must be chosen based on the static calculations performed to meet the requirements
provided for by the regulations in force relevant to the installation site.
STRUCTURE ATTACKS
The connections to the structure are made using anchoring brackets prepared for adjustment in the
direction of the three orthogonal axes in order to compensate for the constructive inaccuracies of both the structure of the building both of the facade.
They will be produced in 6060 EN 515 aluminum alloy, complete with connection bolt in
stainless steel and in any case in compliance with the provisions of the UNI 3952/88 standard.
Functionally to the dimensions of the established façade module, similar to the one implemented for the
mullions, also for the anchoring brackets the verification calculation must be carried out.
EXPANSIONS
The system is composed of components that, assembled, are suitable to compensate for the normal movements of the facade and building in a silent way. However, in the implementation phase, it will be necessary to respect all the
indications provided by the system engineer, in particular the use of all the accessories and gaskets indicated,
tolerances, exact measurements of the workings and perform correct installation.
SURFACE FINISH
The surface finish of the profiles must be carried out observing the criteria set by the directives for
obtaining the Qualanod Mark, for anodizing and Qualicoat Mark, for painting.
COMPOSITE PANELS
Composite panels consist of two outer layers of sheet, generally of aluminum, of thickness of 5/10
(or anyway suitable for the type of material) bound by a thick extruded thermoplastic core minimum 3 mm.
The material must belong to the fire resistance class 1 .
For the installation they will have to be boxed, machined and hooked as opportunely indicated in the catalog.
Particular attention must be paid to the coupling of different materials to avoid the phenomenon of the galvanic couple.
