Z130S Siphonic Primary Roof Drain

Gain more usable building space and save on material costs with this siphonic roof drain. Siphonic action keeps air out of pipes by inducing a negative pressure for quick, efficient drainage. Utilization of smaller diameter, non-sloping piping systems as compared to traditional gravity systems, will take up less space and require fewer downspouts. The drain is crafted with a Dura-Coated cast iron drain body and membrane flashing clamp. Includes a Dura-Coated cast iron air baffle and deck plate.

  • Gain more useable building space with non-sloped, horizontal piping that takes up less space running below the roof as compared to a gravity roof drain system
  • Drive building costs down with less drains, fewer downspouts, and smaller pipe diameters without sacrificing system performance.
  • Higher flow velocities make system self cleaning without the need for additional cleanouts
  • System design can help earn LEED credits for materials, innovation, sustainable sites, water efficiency, regional priority and atmosphere
  • Design allows for flexible vertical stack placement based on architectural needs
  • Near silent operation when siphonic roof drain is under full bore flow condition
  • Integrated deck plate cuts roof drain installation time in half as compared to traditional installation methods
