NPS® AIRFLOOR™ 90 self-bearing composite slab with airpop footing

NPS® AIRFLOOR™ 90 self-bearing composite slab with airpop footing

Airfloor is the lightest semi-prefabricated self-bearing slab available on the market, with a dry weight of max. 45kg/m2. Thanks to its lightness and self-supporting, the slab construction is simple and fast. The self-supporting characteristic up to 5 metres allows laying and casting without the use of props. Moreover, the casting can be carried out straight after laying Airfloor, since the panels immediately adhere to each other thanks to the rabbeted protrusion. Simply lay only the reinforcement before casting. Benefits: - self-supporting up to 5 metres – no props are required - Quick laying - up to 1000m2/day Airfloor is a lightened slab, fast and simple to lay, which speeds up construction, increasing the work site safety and cleanliness. The real possibility of limiting constructions times is guaranteed by the overlapping of the work phases, reducing execution times. While safety at the work site is guaranteed by pedestrian accessibility and the timber shutter of the structure. - Seismic-resistant Airfloor is a seismic-resistant slab suitable for the construction of buildings resistant to seismic movements. Its lightness, given the weight of max. 45kg/m2, allows it to determine a lower emphasis on the structure and on the columns, resulting on a lower emphasis on the structure and on the columns lower load on the structure foundations. Finished slab weight after the completing casting: starting from 190 kg/m2 - Architectural freedom The Airfloor slab adapts to all possible design geometries. It can be customised in its dimensions according to needs and is available in submultiples. - Standards compliant - Airfloor allows obtaining LEED credits Thanks to the Airfloor seismic-resistant slab, the work site remains clear and clean as there are less accessory materials for laying, with consequent lower environmental impact and energy containment.
