    Spécification
    • All the profiles will be extruded in aluminium alloy 6060 (UNI 9006/1), T6(TA 16) state, dimensional tolerances and thickness UNI EN 12020-02. The system allows the realization of sliding lifting-wings and in line sliding windows. The fixed frame will have depths of 160mm (2 tracks)/247mm (3 tracks), and will have slots so as to allow the stainless steel track replaceability after they are wear outted for the repeated rolling device passages on them. The wing profile will have 67 mm depth, or better, will have inertial features, which can assure adequate resistance to the applied loads. The maximum vain glass will be of 57 mm; and the thickness of the usable glasses will change depending on the glass keeper ones used, that can be of square or round form (in this case the corner joint is foreseen with die-cast corner joint taken back). The series will be to "thermal cut"; the thermal profile isolation will be insured from the insertion between the profiles of continuos bars of polyamide strengthened with glass fibre. The seal system happens for gasket and small brush contact and will assure seal and acoustic isolation values: - air permeability: class 4 - watertightness: class E1350 - resistance to the wind load: class C4 - acoustic isolation: 42 dB . Corner joints will be made to 45 degrees of the frame profiles by double/triple corner joints with screw draught, while the wing profiles with corner joints with screw draught and to plug. In the cross one lower of the frame will be expected the opportune hidden slots execution from suitable slot covers for the water drainage. All the gaskets will be in E.P.D.M. material ("doutral"). The metal trolleys ensure a maximum range for couple of 300 kg for wing (sliding lifting-wings), which can arrive up to 400 kg adding a couple of additional central trolleys ; while with the trolleys for sliding window "in line" the maximum range for couple reaches 200 kg for wing. The closing will take place by cremone bolt with rod, possibly equipped with lock. The surface finishing of the profiles can be made by following the anodizing QUALANOD - EURAS/EWAA seal of quality instructions, concerning the different shades and according to a previous degreasing and cleaning process or by coating following the QUALICOAT seal of quality instructions, in the several Ral colour range.
