SHORAI is the latest family born from the ingenuity of Toshiba's research department. Also this family is equipped with low GWP R32 refrigerant which shows the spasmodic attention towards innovative solutions to protect the environment of the company. The first result is the low impact on potential CO2 emissions in the environment not only with a GWP of 675 but with a quantity of refrigerant reduced by 36% compared to the previous version.
The range is enriched with the new size 24, of 7.0kW of nominal capacity, suitable for large premises or commercial establishments. Sizes 18, 22 and 24, typically used where spaces are large, have the new function for managing the flow of air in 3D, allowing for uniform air distribution and thermal comfort.

Toshiba thinks about the well-being of the user over time: for this reason, it has equipped the battery with a protective layer to prevent dust and impurities from settling on the surface.
The units can be controlled remotely both via wi-fi, with two different interfaces, and via smartphone.
To facilitate the installers' task, the systems can be powered both from the indoor and outdoor units. It is possible to dismantle the condensate drain pan, the fan and the electrical box with a few simple actions for easy maintenance.
