JVP floor can be used in commercial and residential buildings as a substitute for the traditional cement screed. Already very common in the construction of offices, public buildings and a real must for the stores thanks to the loose-lay coverings, it starts to see a promising development even in housing, in particular for renovations and prefabricated.
The JVP 4X4 system is also commonly used in all the technical buildings where the presence of high-tech equipment requires space for the installations and the raised floor fulfills this demand. The galvanized steel, which is the main element of the system, ensures the incombustibility of the outer panels, for a working environment safe, comfortable and efficient.
High rise buildings benefit greatly from the weight reduction, the speed of realization, the anti-seismic benefits guaranteed and the as much important reduction of cost in the short, medium and long term. Curiously, even the big ships – as horizontal skyscrapers - can reap the same benefits.
