Panel type: Mesh and wire. Single vertical and double horizontal wires. Galvanised and powder-coated to minimum 60 microns.

Note: Dulok Sports Rebound system panel type also available. Please refer to specific Q40 Specification.

Panel width: 2506mm

Wire diameter: 6mm verticals and 8mm horizontals or 5mm verticals and 6mm horizontals.

Mesh size: 200 x 50mm

Height:

Select as appropriate 630mm to 6060mm. Fence heights above 3030mm are made up of 2 or more panels.

Nominal height: 0.6 to 6m

Finish: Polyester powder-coated to minimum 60 microns.

Any RAL colour including marine grade and metallics.

Top edge projection: 30mm

Panel installation: Bottom of panel minimum 50mm above ground

Security topping

options: Cranked or straight extensions for barbed and razor wire

Posts: RHS, galvanised after manufacture and polyester powder-coated to match fencing

Post dimensions: 60mm x 40mm to 120mm x 60mm depending on height of panel

Centres: 2520mm

Fixings: 40mm x 5mm full length clamp bar. M8 x 40mm stainless steel pin hex dome-head security screws. Sheardrive™ if required instead of pin hex.

Foundations: Set posts in holes minimum 300mm diameter x 800mm deep.

Note: Contractor/ client is responsible for the foundation size suitable for the ground conditions and height of fence

Warranty: Minimum of 15 years against manufacturing defects.
