Description: Exterior coating made from maximum quality silicone resin for decorating and waterproofing façades. Allows breathability of the surface. Complies with UNE-EN 1504-2 standard for products and systems for the protection and repair of concrete structures. Properties: Classification pursuant to NF DTU 59.1: D2; Classification pursuant to NF EN 10621: E3 V1 W3 A0; Classification pursuant to NF T 36005 and NF T 30808: Family I Class 10c; Due to the pearlescent effect it is self-cleaned with rainwater.; Effective non-carbonating barrier due to its high resistance to CO2 diffusion.; Good adhesion to common construction materials.; High opacity.; Re-coatable.; Resistant to the alkalinity of the surface, such as cement mortars, concrete, brick, etc.; Resistant to the negative effects of weathering.; Water vapour-permeable, allowing transpiration of the support.; Water-repellent and rainwater-proof.; With anti-mould paint preservative for film, avoids the appearance of fungus and algae spots on its surface. Uses: Especially designed to prevent the harmful effects caused by damp on north/north-west facing walls or in very damp areas. Its water-repellent properties are combined with high permeability to water vapour, which allows the wall to “breathe”, thus avoiding the formation of blistering and detachment of the paint. This coating is ideal for restoring and renovating façades coated with mortar, single-layer mortar, brick and concrete as well as any façades which were previously painted.
