Approximate dimensions (al x an x pr): 2300 x 2200 x 180 mm

The front panel will not need to be fixed to the first racks, allowing them to be easily moved and removed from the enclosure.

Doors must be constructed with aluminum frame and laminated glass interior. Standard Natural Anodized aluminum finish.

The doors must have a synchronized mechanical opening mechanism with the leaves completely hidden in the front metal structure and with an automatic mechanical locking system allowing centralized access control for each corridor enclosure.

The dimensions of the access structure msut be configurable for racks of any length, with no rack handling required for installation, only the fixing of the structure to the racks, so that the system can be perfectly hot deployed for data centers under load.

      CEILING:

The interior ceiling of the aisles must be built by means of a 40x40mm telescopic steel structure on which a 40x40mm aluminum L will be fixed. The length of the ceiling must be in accordance with the number of racks and their requested width.

The roof panels must be made of cellular polycarbonate, providing adequate insulation between the inside and outside of the enclosure. The perimeter profile must be made of aluminum, finished with flexible rubber that secures the sealing between joints to guarantee the necessary watertightness and insulation.

Polycarbonate sheets must be integrated in 20mm thick profiles.

El The ceiling must be translucent to allow light to enter the room and must be composed of modules of similar width to the racks so that it can be lifted.

The enclosure must allow installation on any type of racks on the market, without the need for them to be homogeneous. It must be able to be implemented on hot racks without the need to cut off the power supply and guarantee its perfect adaptation and operation, thus achieving significant energy savings.

      HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT PLATES:

Vertical locking plates shall be installed from the roof of the racks to the roof of the enclosure for those racks with a height different from 47 U. They must be adjustable by two sliding plates, to be able to adapt to the particular height of each rack. The width of the adjustable plates must correspond to the width of each rack according to the proposed layout.

      MATERIALS

The metal components of the enclosure will be made of cold laminated steel sheet in accordance with standard UNE EN 10130: 1999, painted with high quality micro-textured epoxy powder paint according to UNE 48-098-90; UNE 48-031-80; UNE 48-026-80; UNE 48-024-80; UNE 48-032-80; UNE 48-183-84 48-024-80; UNE 48-032-80; UNE 48-183-84 and UNE 48-169-92 and subjected to demanding aesthetic finish durability tests according to ISO 7253 and DIN 50021 standards, carried out in laboratories accredited by ENAC.
