    Specification
    • Door leaf: Assembled from sections connected with side brackets and intermediate hinges. EPDM-insert is used as sealing between the panels. Top and bottom edges of the door leaf are fitted with end profiles with EPDM sealing inserts. Door leaf can be equipped with various types of glazing, inserts and wickets.
      Sandwich panels: Sandwich panel is composed of two galvanized steel sheets (inner and outer) joined together at the top and bottom of the panel. At this joint a four-layer steel sheet lock if formed. Space between steel sheets is filled with foamed polyurethane.
      Coating of sandwich panels: Steel sheet is covered with a zinc layer, then with a primer coating and a decorative coating PUR-PA with solid polyamide particles
      Colour of sandwich panels from the outside: Standard: RAL 1015; RAL 3004; RAL 5010; RAL 6005; RAL 7016; RAL 8014; RAL 9006; RAL 9007; RAL 9016; RAL 8017; ADS703. It is possible to choose other RAL and DB colours + digital printing
      Colour of sandwich panels from the inside: RAL 9002
      Surface type of sandwich panel (pattern): S-ribbed; Microwave
      Track profiles: Horizontal and vertical track profiles made of galvanized steel
      Torsion mechanism: Torsion shaft with torsion springs of various lifespan: 25 000, 35 000, 50 000, 75 000, 100 000 cycles.
      Door control: Manual and automatic control with possibility to connect photocells, optical sensors and signal lamps
      Door leaf movement: Moves along the track profiles on adjustable rollers made of wear-resistant plastic. Door leaf is lifted with two steel cables. Cables are wound on cable drums installed on the torsion shaft.
      Safety: 1. Finger trapping protection;
      2. Protection from door leaf falling in case of spring breakage;
      3. Protection from door leaf falling in case of cable break;
      4. Six-fold safety margin of cables.
