Commercial Full View Doors Model K-AL

The Wayne Dalton Model K-AL Aluminum Full-View Door is sturdy, virtually maintenance free and weather-resistant. This commercial glass sectional door is ideal for a variety of applications ranging from car washes and tire stores to store fronts and other buildings where you want to increase visibility and allow more light to enter the interior. Model K-AL is offered with a wide range of glass options and frame finishes, as well as optional insulated rails and stiles.

Model K-AL is available in the Western region of the United States.

  • Key Product Features

    • Max Width: 24’ (7,315 mm)
    • Max Height: 18’ (5,486 mm)
    • Door Assembly: Stile and rail assembly of aluminum alloy 6063-T6, 2" thick stiles and rails, joined with self tapping screws.
    • Rails: Top and bottom rails with 3" wide, lower intermediate rail 1 3/8", upper rail 1 3/8", minimum wall thickness 0.062".
    • Stiles: End stiles and center stiles are 3" wide, minimum wall thickness 0.062". Double end stiles are optional or as required by weight.
    • Springs: 10,000 cycles
    • Lock: Interior mounted slide lock
    • Weatherstripping: Flexible bulb-type strip at bottom section.
    • Track: Provide track as recommended by manufacturer to suit loading required and clearances available.
    • Manual Operation: Pull rope or chain hoist
    • Electrical Motor Operation: Provide UL listed electric operator, equal to Genie Commercial Operators, size and type as recommended by manufacturer to move door in either direction at not less than 2/3 foot or more than 1 foot per second.

    • Lock options: Interior mounted slide lock with interlock switch for automatic operator, keyed lock, keyed lock with interlock switch for automatic operator.

    • Powder coat finish: White, Brown, Black, RAL
    • Anodized finishes: Clear, Dark Bronze, Black
