Teanik 8000 is a curtain wall specially developed by Saxi, designed to meet the high demands for sound reduction in environments such as conference halls and lecture rooms. The heavy fabric, approximately four times heavier than that of the Teanik 2000, contributes to very effective sound insulation and a robust wall construction. The sturdy design of the wall makes it ideal for large spaces where acoustic conditions need to be carefully controlled.
The wall is suspended with a cable mechanism that is insensitive to building movements and deflections, allowing for safe and reliable accumulation in the ceiling. Electrical installation is carried out via a 3-phase worm gear motor (400/240 V, 50-60 Hz), and operation is controlled by a key. The curtain wall is equipped with safety features such as brake, worm gear, and fall protection, and complies with CE safety requirements.
