HDS-CLEAN hermetic 1-leaf single

The hermetic door ensures reinforced air-tightness, protection against dust, chemical, and biological aggressions. Acting as a true defense barrier, it is designed to meet the requirements of the healthcare sector and for all facilities with controlled environments, suitable for operating rooms, disinfection rooms, sterile chambers, or cleanrooms, where security is of utmost importance.

The door leaf consists of a rigid core coated with high-density laminated panels (HPL) available in various colors and meeting cleaning and decontamination requirements. A lacquered aluminum frame incorporates specific sealing gaskets, which, when pressed against the frame during closing, ensure effective airtightness. The opening is dressed with an aluminum frame and a counter-frame for optimal sealing and protection against impacts during the passage of beds or trolleys.

The door opening is fully automatic. The operator ensures the lifting and movement of the door leaf (up to 150 kg) in a smooth and secure motion. The track, located within the operator, keeps the door threshold clear (no floor rail), allowing for the passage of wheelchairs or medical beds without any jolts. The wide passage (up to 1800 mm) provides great accessibility to all users. Contactless controls allow for the operation of a small opening for staff passage or a large opening for the passage of medical beds. Access control devices can be integrated with the door, allowing access only to authorized personnel in certain sensitive areas.

The performance of HDS CLEAN hermetic doors have been tested by certified testing laboratories and holds air tightness test reports according to the NF EN 1026 standard. The door is also available in an anti-X version with 2mm lead blade protection (please contact us for details).

The header containing the mechanism is made of extruded aluminum.
- Mechanism height: 278 mm with anti-dust aluminum cover.
- Hinged cover with upward opening and hold-open feature to facilitate access to the mechanism.
- Drive mechanism with running track equipped with a specific ramp allowing the lowering of the door leaf and its sealing against the frame for perfect airtightness.
- 2 rolling carriages per door leaf, equipped with anti-hinging rollers and adjustable suspensions
The operator is equipped with :
- switch-mode power supply 110V-230V operating at 50-60 Hz with low power consumption adapted to all networks.
- powerful 120W brushless motor for precise control guarantees smooth leaf glide and reduces noise
- backup battery to ensure security in the event of a power cut
- a logic block that manages the operation of the door, communicates with all the peripherals, and provides continuous diagnosis of the door's operation
- CAN bus technology for connection of peripherals and to reduce interferences
Each sliding panel is made with
- 38-mm aluminum frame
- Structure filled with sandwich panels coated with HPL, melamine, or stainless steel.
- Supervision window of 400 x 400 mm or 400 x 600 mm / or not
- Airtitightness ensured by an elastomer tubular seal around the entire panel perimeter.
- Lateral anti-pinch gaps of 8 mm between two sliding planes comply with EN16005 standard.
- Custom finish available according to RAL color palette or anodized finish.

The door can be equipped with safety devices to ensure users and building protections:
- security on passage with inside/outside movement and presence sensors with dual technology (hyperfrequency and moditored infrared curtain)
