Manifold Cabinet UNI 550 L

LK Universal pipes, PEX and PAL, can be used for both radiator and floor heating as well as tap water and cooling. The Universal system has been tested and approved in accordance with the market's toughest regulations and test methods, namely the building regulations of the Swedish Board of Housing, Building and Planning, the Nordtest method and continuous hygienic tests according to the European standard EN 21003. The universal system contains a wide range of pipes, installation components, installation cabinets, manifolds, fittings, and valves. In many cases, we can offer prefabricated solutions to facilitate your installation work.

Specification

The cabinets are manufactured from powder coat painted sheet steel, colour white RAL 9016. All cabinets are NT VVS 129 approved. LK Manifold cabinet UNI can be recessed into a wall; use LK Frame/hatch UNI INB for this type of installation. LK Manifold cabinet UNI can also be mounted onto wall; use LK Frame/hatch UNI UTV for this type of installation together with LK Base UNI. When LK Manifold Cabinet UNI 550 is installed in a ceiling, use LK Frame/hatch UNI 550 TAK. NOTE! The manifold cabinet, frame/hatch and base are separate items and must be ordered individually. The cabinet is intended for 2 pcs LK Manifolds with max number of outlets as shown in table. The brackets for the manifolds are supplied in the cabinet. The brackets are easily repositioned to connect pipes from below or above. A complete LK Drainage bend is supplied for passage through a wall with a leakage indicator from the manifold cabinet. A protective bag for covering the cabinet during construction period is included. NOTE! In cases were a feed pipe is drawn inside the cabinet, the maximum number of outlets may be reduced. To maximize the number of outlets in the manifold cabinet the cold tap water pipe should be placed on the left side in the cabinet and serve the lower manifold. The hot tapwater pipe should be placed on the right side and connected to the upper manifold.
