ZX0.2 - 36kV 2500A 31.5kA - Medium Voltage Switchgear Gas Insulated

ZX0.2 gas-insulated switchgear (IEC)

Compact switchgear for substation optimization

ZX0.2 is part of ABBs successful ZX family of gas-insulated indoor switchgears for primary distribution level. This three-phase encapsulated, arc-resistant switchgear is equipped with a solid-insulated busbar system. It is a single panel design.

The gas tank protects all high voltage parts inside permanently from environmental influences resulting in a practically maintenance-free switchgear.

The front access only design allows space saving wall-mounted or back-to-back installation. Thanks to its very compact design, it helps you to optimize your substation layout and reduce infrastructure cost.

Now is the time to make the move to a safer, more sustainable future.

Being a pioneering technology leader over the last 30 years, we have the experience and the knowledge to prepare our customers for the Industry 4.0. PrimeGear™ ZX0 has been designed for our customers, reduces the impact on global warming by 99.99 percent and supports customers to enter digitalization.

PrimeGear™ ZX0 is available with insulating Dry Air or AirPlus™. The switchgear is also available as an optional eco-ready panel to ensure maximum flexibility, allowing you to buy with SF6 inside that can be easily refilled with AirPlus in the future.

It is future focused, ready to support the digitalization of your operations. Current and voltage sensors plus remote monitoring and diagnostics features provide insights at your fingertips, whether onsite, with our on-premise solution, or elsewhere, via our cloud-based solution.

All panels are routine-tested and gas-filled in the factory. Therefore there is no need for gas works on site.
