Wire partitions are a robust, cost-effective solution designed to enhance security and control access within busy distribution centers, data center floors, law enforcement, DEA storage facilities, and more. This system prevents unauthorized personnel from entering areas with active machinery or vehicle traffic, thereby enhancing safety. The wire cage features wire mesh partition walls that are open, yet secure, eliminating the need for additional lighting, HVAC, or sprinkler systems, and is available for quick shipment with customizable configurations. Accessories like push bars, coded access locks, and ceiling panels enhance functionality and security. Ideal for maintaining safety and efficiency, modular wire fencing is an essential component for modern facilities requiring controlled access solutions.These wire cages are simple to reconfigure as your needs change. They are versatile, adaptable, customizable, and highly secure. Bolts are only accessible from within the cage or partition, and posts can be anchored to the floor for added stability.Great for use as:

Specification

Panel Construction
- Customizable width (max 10ft per panel).
- 8' or 10' height panel sections.
- Frame is 1-1/4" x 1 1/4" x 1/8" hot rolled steel angle.
- Standard Mesh is 10 gauge wire woven into 2" x 1" rectangular openings.
- Panels available in mesh, expanded metal, sheet metal, or clear polycarbonate.
- Angled frame and mesh design gives a clear view of the cage interior
- Wire mesh panels may be used as walls or ceilings with proper reinforcement.
Upright Construction
- Upright posts made form 2" x 2" 14 gauge Square HSS Steel.
- Posts include a welded base plate with floor anchors.
- Posts may be anchored to the floor using 1" lag bolts that must be pinned or brazed once installed.
- Additional base plate available for "sandwiching" data center floors.
Door Construction
- Single Hinged: 3' or 4' wide by 7' 3-1/4" high opening.
- Double Hinged: 6' or 8' wide by 7' 3-1/4" high opening
- Sliding Door: 3', 4', 5', 6', 8', or 10' widths and 8' or 10' tall opening.
- Transom panel sized to match partition height.
- Three 4" x 4" 10-gauge tight pin hinges per hinged door.
- Sliding doors include four-wheel trolley trucks, a 16-gauge track, and hardware.
- Inactive leaf secured by cane bolt (base) and chain bolt (top)
- Padlock lug standard, cylinder, or digital locks available.
- Universal construction works for left or right hand, inside or outside swing/slide.
- Complete with two upright posts and hardware.
- Custom size and no overhead obstruction doors available.
Service Window Construction
- 4' wide panel with a 24" x 21" window opening.
- Transom panel sized to match partition height.
- Sliding window panel secures in place from the inside when not in use.
- Complete with two upright posts and hardware.
- Custom sizes available.
System Assembly
- Mount two or more panels between posts to reach wall height.
- Panel height may be adjusted to mount flush to the top and bottom to meet DEA storage requirements.
- Standard-size panels work in wall and ceiling configurations.
- Wall has a minimum of 1-1/2" horizontal reinforcement at least every 60 inches.
- Clear spanned ceiling up to 35'-0" across.
- Standard 3/8" mounting and assembly hardware.
- Assembly hardware is inaccessible from the secured side of the partition.
- Single-hinged, double-hinged, sliding, and vertical rise doors available.
- Self-closing and self-locking door hardware available for secure projects.
- Keyed or digital locks may be added for additional security
- Custom size panels and special heights available on request.
- Frames, mesh, and uprights are finished in a matching high-quality powder coat color.
- Custom colors available with a paint chip or RAL number.
