Specification

Door curtain: Curtain profiles made of single-skinned, concave aluminium profiles. Connected to each other via integrated hinges, wind locks as pull-out protection. Bottom edge made of double-skinned, deflection-resistant aluminium extrusion profiles with EPDM bottom seal. Optionally adjustable brush seal as lintel seal. Surface: Bright-rolled aluminium on both sides (uncoated). Optionally exterior coil coating in RAL 9002/RAL 9006, interior protective paint RAL 7012. Preferred or special colours on request. Door guide: Aluminium extrusions with side guide with guide channel, side guide slider profile and brush seal. Sheet steel panel galvanized, barrel made of galvanized stiffener with deflection limit of I/500 acc. to DIN 2458. Counterbalance via tension springs. Door operation: Manually operated ≤ 3500 mm ≥ chain hoist. Optional shaft operator with impulse or press-and-hold control on request. Fitting: Professional fitting of a door including wiring as well as adjustment/alignment and test run on an existing base construction that is suitable for fitting the door.
