    MUROGEOPIETRA® INSTALLATION AND EVOLVED MATERIALS IN A SINGLE INTEGRATED SYSTEM.

    The Terrakotta brick, in the RECONSTRUCTED version faithfully reproduces the colors and textures of natural terracotta, adding the rustic charm of the recovered bricks. Designed and perfected also for use with all models of Geopietra reconstructed stone, the Terrakotta reconstructed brick contains high technical qualities and exceptional frostproofness. Terrakotta reconstructed brick, due to its characteristics, enhances the performance of the insulating function and makes the external thermal insulation structure more robust and resistant.

    CREATE YOUR OWN MUROGEOPIETRA® SOLUTION.
    Padano
    model is suitable to be a ON REQUEST masonry, therefore customized mixtures of models and shades, specially created for a particular project. These wall solutions transpire from the close collaboration of the research and development laboratory with designers and customers.

    INNOVATIVE MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION METHODS.

    Geopietra
    ® has always been committed to developing innovative materials and installation methods, obtaining endorsements for its products, providing the best guarantees for use on premises, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of the property solutions created.

    CERTIFIED SUCCESS.

    LEPIR II FIRE TEST: 2018 | France | murogeopietra® on EPS cladding meets the non-propagation criteria of the fire beyond the next floor and obtained the permission to cover R+2 public building.
    ANTI-SEISMIC TESTING UNI EN 1998-1: 2016 | France | The regulation establishes the basic performance requirements applicable to buildings and civil engineering works in seismic areas. murogeopietra® is recognized as the first anti-seismic reconstructed stone wall in Europe, even on external thermal insulation.

    INSTALLATION AND EVOLVED MATERIALS IN A SINGLE INTEGRATED SYSTEM.

    Murogeopietra
    ® is marketed as a single integrated system. It uses the Geocoll levelling glue system, state-of-the-art laying of the Geopietra® cladding on a previously prepared base and the application of the GEOBI two-component mortar. Geopietra® makes the most believable eco-friendly manufactured stone veneer in the world. Geopietra® is a mix of Portland cement concrete, lightweight aggregates and permanent mineral oxide-based colours. The stone is manufactured using natural raw materials only and each stone is coloured by hand with great care and transformed into a product of superior craftsmanship, which is absolutely unique.

    Specification
    • Supply and installation of murogeopietra® veneer, a guaranteed integrated system, consisting of: Geopietra® manufactured stone and / or brick composed of lightweight aggregates, in order to be light, breathable and with low thermal conductivity.

      Model ________________________________ Shades ____________________ to cover sq/m _____________ of wall and ml ____________ of corners.

      Murogeopietra® will be laid in the version:

      LAYING WITH JOINT

      LAYING WITH JOINT PLUS (Stone + GeoFit) according to the official table

      DRY STACK PLUS (Stone + GeoFit) consider a 10% to 20% increase in material to compensate for the lack of joint for dry laying + GeoFit inserts integration according to the official table.

      DRY STACK in models that do not have the murogeopietra plus version, consider only a 10 to 20% increase in material to compensate for the lack of joint.

      Murogeopietra® veneer will be bonded using a specific Geocoll® system mortar, based on natural hydraulic lime, produced according to EN998, supplied for n° ___________ bags.

      In case of laying with JOINT, the grouting will be done using the laying system __ normal joint, __ full joint, __ over grout joint with GeoBi, a special two-component system mortar, available in (fine or coarse) _____________

      grain and (sabbia, marche, toscana, grigio chiaro, grigio, arena)____________ colour , supplied for n° _______ bags.

      The integrated system must comply with the following thermo-technical parameters:

      - coefficient of thermal conductivity (λ) not exceeding 0.1866 W / mk;

      - coefficient of resistance to vapour diffusion (μ) not exceeding 26.4;

      - density (δ) not exceeding 1,200 kg / m3.

      A special Geopietra Technical Manual will be attached to the supply, showing the operations of assessment and preparation of the laying base, use of the adhesive, laying and grouting, which the installer must follow. If the user does not respect all the laying conditions indicated in the Technical Manual (wich can be downloaded on the website www.geopietra.com in the Technical Manual section) and does not use the integrated murogeopietra system, all forms of guarantee will be void and no responsibility will be chargeable to the seller.
