1520 UNI-SFER, Full bore ball valve, F/F ISO 228/1 threaded, with aluminium T-handle

Our UNI-SFER valve series has recently been improved to grant our customers the best performance also in case of high temperatures and pressures. All RB valves are equipped with an anti-ejection system called “Anti Blow Out System”: the stem is now mounted inside the body of the valve and is not blocked on the outside by the thread. The special inner design of the valve and the removal of any sharp edge enable us to obtain a low drop loss coefficient. Absence of nickel-plating for all surfaces in contact with water according to European directives. This feature makes this valve suitable to the use with potable water, according to WRAS, ACS and DM 174. RB production is 100% made in Italy STEM WITH 4 O-RINGS: - PTFE o-ring : is our sealing ring. It guarantees the tightness of the valve and helps to reduce the leak in case of dripping - FKM o-ring has an high chemical resistance - NBR o-ring : suitable for drinking water, gas and heating systems - PTFE o-ring prevents the contact between the body and the stem metal and guarantees simple operations TEMPERATURE RANGE - FKM withstands till +280°C - PTFE withstands till +200°C - NBR withstands till +130°C WORKING PRESSURE TILL 50 BAR, the reinforced gauges of the body surfaces help to increase the resistance of the valve to the internal pressure, to mounting and installation strength HIGH FLOW RATE, The special design and the accurate internal manufacturing remove every sharp edge and considerably reduce drop losses. REINFORCED STEM, Our stem is very sturdy and, thanks to its structure, it could resist also to extreme strains The UNI-SFER series, characterized by ISO 228/1 threads, is available in these versions: • 1500 (1/4”-4”), F/F threaded, with aluminum handle • 1501 (1/4”-4”), M/F threaded, with aluminum handle • 1503 (1/2”-1”), M/M threaded, with aluminum handle • 1510 (1/4”-4”), F/F threaded, with steel handle • 1511 (1/4”-4”), M/F threaded, with steel handle • 1520 (1/4”-1”), F/F threaded, with aluminum T-handle • 1521 (1/4”-1”), M/F threaded, with aluminum T-handle • 4504 (1/2”-2”), female threaded and male union tail for manifold, with aluminum T-handle • 1530 (1/2”-2”), F/F threaded, with extended polyamide ISO-T-Handle, anticondensation and dripless • 1581 (1/2”-2”), M/F threaded, with lockable cap
