Very low particle emission: ISO Class 2
Resistance to stringent detergents and disinfectants, resulting in ‘Excellent’ chemical resistance classification
Does not contribute to the growth of microorganisms

    Specification
    • Sound Absorption αw: 0.90 (Class A)
      Reaction to Fire B-s1,d0
      Light Reflection and Diffusion 74%
Humidity and Sag Resistance Up to 100% RH. No visible deflection in high humidity.
Surface Durability The high-performance inert film of Rockfon CleanSpace Block provides enhanced durability and water-repellence.
The film contains DMAc (CAS 127-19-5) in a concentration ≥ 0.1% and < 1% by weight.
      Cleaning • Vacuum
      • Damp cloth
      • Steam cleaning (twice a year)
      • Low-pressure foam cleaning (12×/year)
      • High-pressure cleaning (monthly; A-edge only): Max. 80 bar, min. 1 m distance, 30° spray angle, max. 360 L/h flow

Tiles must be clipped into the grid.

      Chemical resistance:
Tested according to ISO 2812-1 and classified per VDI 2083 Part 17 as 'Excellent' with daily disinfection using:
      – Formalin (37%)
      – Ammonia (25%)
      – Hydrogen peroxide (30%)
      – Sulphuric acid (5%)
      – Phosphoric acid (30%)
      – Peracetic acid (15%)
      – Hydrochloric acid (5%)
      – Isopropanol (100%)
      – Sodium hydroxide (5%)
      – Sodium hypochlorite (15%)
Disinfection • Resistant to Hydrogen Peroxide Vapor (no impact on aeration time)
      • Withstands UVC and Ozone disinfection without degradation
Clean Room Classification ISO Class 2
      Bacteriological Class M1 (NF S 90-351:2013)
Air Pressure Suitable for areas requiring differential pressure.

When used with HDC 2 (25 mm tile), air leakage is < 0.5 m³/h/m²/Pa under 5–40 Pa.
Hold down clip quantity depends on tile size and room shape.
