The Technical Doors Kompak System are manufactured in High Pressure Laminate Panel (HPL) with antibacterial finish (according to JIS Z 2801 standard) to adapt to the needs of hospitals and clinics. Thanks to their compact design and versatility, they allow adapting to multiple hospital applications, such as consultation rooms, rooms, recovery rooms, laboratories or hospital radiology areas, but also for uses beyond healthcare, such as morgues, schools or institutional buildings. Our range of technical doors are designed and manufactured in Spain under European regulations, consisting of two HPL sheets with a highly durable and resistant injected polyurethane core, aluminum frame and a smooth surface without moldings. They are highly resistant to humidity and impact according to the standard (CTE-DB-SB AE Class 4 & UNE-EN 41955 / 41955-2 Class 4), allowing a low maintenance cost and a long product life.   • Technical Door KOMPAK SYSTEM type Grupsa of two (2) SWING door leaf in High Pressure Laminated Antibacterial Panel HPL in 6 standard colours to be defined.

    _Door leaf 45 mm thick made with a frame of 50 mm on four (4) edges

    _Finish with double board on both faces, covered with HPL compact phenolic, with total thickness for each board 10,8 mm

    _Edges of door leaves in PVC black colour

    _Telescopic frame in Extruded Aluminium surface finish Silver Anodized as per standard UNE-EN-ISO 7599:2011, with extended dimension 195 x 76 mm, with TPE joints on the area of contact with the door leaf for shock absorption, with deformable chamber to adjust and absorb/reduce the noise.

    _For standard installation over walls from 90 to 165 mm thick, with double assembly joint between frame and wall, to absorb irregularities of the wall and give to the complete door higher isolation to prevent the transmission of vibrations to the wall when closing.

    _Hidden hinges with surface finish simil inox with 3D regulation and possibility of changing opening direction.
