Swing Door HS-402B Automatic HPL (1 door leaf)

The Hermetic Swing Doors HS-402B Hospital System allow access to operating rooms and critical areas through a manual or automatic opening system. These are technical doors with a high antibacterial profile and a smooth design without moldings. Maximum security, according to the most demanding European certifications (UNE-EN 12207: 2000 Class 4 and UNE-EN 16005-2003). Optionally, they can incorporate lead protection, from 1 to 3 mm. Available in one or two sheets. Standard clear passage width from 800 to 1,200 mm (one leaf) and from 1,400 to 2,200 mm (two leaves) Sheet without moldings and without reliefs. Wide range of safety and activation devices. Finished in Stainless Steel, antibacterial HPL and glass. Integrated window, with Venetian blind, electropolarized glass and / or lead protection. 90 x 135 mm stainless steel frames. Specification
  • Swing Door HOSPITAL SYSTEM type GRUPSA Mod. HS-402B with 1 leaf, in HPL Antibacterial Laminated Panel in 6 standard colors to be defined.

    _Blade 45 mm thick and density 70 Kg / m3, manufactured with a 50 mm frame on four (4) edges.

    _Finished with board on both sides of total thickness 2x10.8 mm, covered with compact phenolic HPL, resistant to impact according to standard UNE-EN 41955 / 41955-2 Class 4.

    _Black PVC sheet edges.

    _EPDM perimeter joint, density 1.28 grs / cm3, hardness 55 shores, self-extinguishing.

    _Stainless Steel hinges with lid of dimensions 54x100x12mm that can be embedded in the mobile leaf. Double regulation in lateral direction and in height, with free maintenance bearing, support of large loads 100 Kg / 2B.

    _ 110x135x60 mm frame in AISI 304 quality Stainless Steel with surface finish according to ASTM A-480 No. 4 cold-rolled matt with ribs, overlap on the face of the 50 mm hinges for finishing the walls and overlap mouth on the opposite side in the same material and finish.

    Hermeticity Certified for 1-leaf swing door, in rooms with Class 4 positive and negative pressure difference according to the UNE EN 12207 standard. Hermetic sealing on 4 sides, with leaf insulation all around its perimeter.

    GRUPSA Swing Operator Mod. AGB with arm or guide with the following components for 1-leaf doors:

    _Touch Display for operating rooms HOSPITAL SYSTEM type GRUPSA Mod. HTS-35 with dimensions 56 x 135 mm with 3.5 "color screen, 480 x 320 resolution and 3 operating modes:

    * Total opening maintained for cleaning the operating room

    * Partial opening for the passage of people

    * Total opening for the passage of beds

    _Contactless GP-28 Proximity Sensor

    _GP-26 Elbow Pushbutton in mirror gloss stainless steel.

    _RAC-20 access control Ref. METECALF01 from Grupsa with control unit and authentication through RFID proximity card reader, password by numeric keypad or use of card and password.
