Grespania's Aracruz series is inspired by quartzite quarried from the best deposits found in Brazil, in the state of Minas Gerais. This stone stands out for its black colour and stratifications formed by different minerals. Grespania's constant investment in R&D&I has yielded a very realistic imitation stone porcelain tile, achieved through the application of a new technique called “CarvedTechnology”, which synchronizes micro-relief effects with the graphics of veins and grooves on the tiles.

To complement the series, there is the decorative piece Bahia in 60x120 cm format, which uses attractive bas-relief effects to create lightly chiselled gridlines on the base.
