Door Options​​

• Available options for supply voltages: 220-240V AC 1-phase; 440-480V AC or 575V AC 3-phase (575V AC requires additional transformer). Horsepower is appropriate to size and weight of door.
• Curved Profile type C-187 for doors up to 15’4” wide. Available in: 20, 18 gauge galvanized steel; 22, 20 gauge stainless steel; 18 gauge (.044”) aluminum*
• Curved Profile type C-275 for doors up to 30’ wide. Available in: 20, 18 gauge galvanized steel; 22, 20 gauge stainless steel; 16 gauge (.050”) aluminum*
• Flat Profile type F-265 for doors up to 30’ wide. Available in: 20, 18 gauge galvanized steel; 22, 20 gauge stainless steel; 16 gauge (.050”) aluminum*
• Fenestrated 18 ga. steel slats or vision lites with uniformly spaced openings of 3" x 5/8" (76 mm x 16 mm) either slat profile or 10” x 1” (254 mm x 25.4 mm) flat slat profile only
• Perforated 18 ga. steel slats with 1/16" diameter perforation; spaced 3/32” on center
• Bottom Bar also available in: galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum
• High usage wear strips (not available with high wind load option)
• Guide options include galvanized steel and powdercoated steel
• Hood also available in: powdercoat, stainless steel and aluminum
• Brackets also available in: powdercoat, and galvanized steel
• Dual photoelectric sensors available for safety
• Optional push buttons, loop detectors, radio control, motion detectors or any combination thereof available for door operation/control
• PowderGuard® Max powder coat finish options are available in approximately 200 colors as well as custom matching to specification. On the RapidSlat® models PowderGuard® Max is required on curtain to maintain warranty on finish
• PowderGuard® Textured powdercoat: Industrial textured powdercoat provides a thicker, more scratch resistant coat for added product protection available on brackets, guides and bottom bar
• Perforated 18 ga. steel slats with 1/16" diameter perforation; spaced 3/32” on center ​​​
• High wind load options available ​​​​
