Mixer

Mixer

A mixer is a device for producing a mixture of synthetic air from a selectable Oxygen concentration between 21 and 22.5% (with a variation of ± 5% of the selected value) and a concentration of Nitrogen between 79 and 77.5% by gases whose purity has been defined by the European Pharmacopoeia.
Specifikation
  • System designed for the on site production of medical air from oxygen and nitrogen, whose purity is defined by the pharmacopoeia. Its principle of operation is based on: - A pneumatic expansion and injection system. Provides: - Safety: important variations in the percentage of the mixture produced give way to supply through the emergency supply source. - Accuracy: slight variations in the percentage of the mixture produced are quickly corrected by the additional injection of O2 or N2. - Reliability: the minimum quarterly periodic control guarantees its correct operation. - A continuous analysis of the mixture. - A regulation device.
