Self-contained Emergency Lighting Luminairy with LED Light source available in self-Contained version for addressable Dicube system and in centralized version for Exiway Power Control System. Available in IP65 rating with soft rubber cable entry. suitable for wall, ceiling and false-ceilining installation.

Dicube Smartled: Insulation Class II, Recharge Time: 12 hours, Luminaire built with self-extinguishing thermoplastic material 94-V-2 (UL 94), Operating Temperature: 0°C to 40°C, High temperature sealed rechargeable LiFePO4 batteries with fast connectors for easy maintenance. Certified Manufacturer: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 5001. Equipped with self-contained auto-test functionality in accordance with regulations: EN 60598-2-22, EN 62034, EN 62471, and provides the necessary tools for compliance with EN 1838 and EN 50172. The luminaires run functional tests on a weekly basis and duration tests every 12 weeks. Duration tests of nearby luminaires shall not be conducted simultaneously. All emergency lighting luminaires have a minimal environmental impact due to the use of entirely recycled packaging materials, with over 40% of recycled polycarbonate utilized in the plastic components. Additionally, the implementation of LiFePO4 battery ensures long-lasting performance and incorporates the latest LED technology. All emergency lighting luminaires are compliant to IEC 62386-202 device type 1. Test scheduling programmed according to IEC 62386-202, but anyway is compliant to EN 62034 and EN 50172. These luminaires are available with both Maintained (always on) and Non-Maintained (only during emergencies) operation. The mode, whether Maintained or Non-Maintained, is a configuration of the luminaire. The luminaire is provided with a laser receiver, activated by commercially available laser pointer. During the commissioning the laser receiver assign a specific address to a luminaire. After the commissioning, the laser shall enable the manual functional test for fast checking. Luminaries comes with a visual Lighting Data Pulling method, that is a way to provide luminaire information with light modulation, not visible to the human eye. Data shall be received thank to a dedicated tool able to decode optical modulation. It is provided by the same manufacturer, and it contains luminaire information. In Non-Maintained configuration it possible to switch on and switch off the luminaire thanks to a 230V input available in the connectors. In addition to the automatic addressing defined by the DALI standard, there there is an option to manually select a specific address using the DALI control unit. This specific address shall then be assigned to the luminaire by pointing a laser pointer at it. The duration of the luminaires shall be selectable, with options for 1.5h, 2h, or 3h in addition to the nominal 1h duration. The luminaire is suitable for high risk area reaching the nominal flux in less than 0.5 sec. Luminaire comes in IP65 ratings, as well as IK07 impact protection. These luminaires are suitable for wall, ceiling, or recessed installation with dedicated accessories (not included). A decorative frame is included as option for wall and ceiling installation. The body is made of polycarbonate plastic and has pre-drilled slotted fixing holes for easy installation, allowing cable and tube entry of up to 16mm through soft rubber entry cables made of elastic membrane in SEBS, to ensure the specified IP rating without needing additional accessories. Screw-less connector is available for cables with a diameter range from 1mm² to 2.5mm², suitable for both rigid and flexible cables and through-wiring is possible. Power Supply: 230V, 50/60Hz. Flux range: from 250lm to 1400lm for 1h, Multiple selectable duration: 1h, 1,5h, 2h, 3h Exiway Power Control Smartled: In Non-Maintained configuration it shall be possible to switch on and switch off the luminaire thanks to a 230V input available in the connectors.
