The nVent RAYCHEM Hot Water Temperature Maintenance (HWAT) single pipe system ensures instant water at the tap, is easier to design and faster to install than traditional recirculation systems, ideal for commercial buildings that demand regular and reliable water usage.
Our system offers a simple and reliable alternative to recirculation techniques for commercial buildings. HWAT systems keep water at a uniform temperature along the entire length of the supply pipe, eliminating the need to heat water above the maintain temperature like a traditional hot water recirculation system.

A key component of the HWAT system is the HWAT-ECO-GF controller. In addition to providing flexible temperature control, the HWAT-ECO-GF electronic controller provides energy savings; a heat-up cycle that increases the water temperature of a hot water system that is not in use; built-in ground fault protection; large color display; alarm feedback; water heater sensing; and pre-defined programs that can be customized by the user.
